My recent family vacation at Vila Polar in the High Tatras was truly memorable. The hotel's location near Strbske Pleso offers convenient access to hiking trails that begin right at the entrance, making our exploration effortless. We appreciated the thoughtful provision of a crib for our youngest, allowing us to feel at ease while enjoying the surroundings. The welcoming atmosphere created by the staff was commendable. When my partner injured her ankle during a hike, the personnel immediately assisted us in securing an extra night’s stay and sourced crutches without hesitation. This level of support reassured us that we were in a caring environment. The panoramic views from the rooftop bar, where we savoring our evening drinks beside the fireplace, were complemented by the hearty breakfast offered daily. Vila Polar proved to be a family-friendly retreat that seamlessly blends comfort with access to nature. We will undoubtedly return.
